Absolutely not recommended. We have already given this "locality" a chance three times. Unfortunately we were disappointed every time. The only positive point is the friendliness of the service, unfortunately it took a good 30 minutes for each visit to take the order. The "boss" on the other hand is EXTREMELY unfriendly and devotes himself solely to his phone. When paying at the exit, you are not even noticed by him, he simply holds out his hand without a word and does not thank you for tips, nor does he wish you a nice evening, etc. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant! If you then get your food for TWO HOURS (average after 3 visits, even if the house is empty), this is unfortunately not very tasty and (as can also be seen in other reviews) NOT HOMEMADE. Everything tastes like it is out of the can and 100% comes from the frozen food department. With ingredients from a discounter, you can cook much better yourself at home. Due to the above Unfortunately, this restaurant does not invite points to linger, you get bad frozen goods with inadequate prices (for frozen goods), outrageous owner and extremely long waiting times. The owner should really rethink whether he is qualified to run a catering business. The only thing he did right was the wait staff. Conclusion: After 3 chances and 3 different scenarios (with / without Corona, empty house / full house, different days of the week) it is a mystery to me how this restaurant can get so many positive (but also many negative) reviews. These can in no way be believed. Pity!

Table 88 too close to the others, apparently they are not taking COVID-19 seriously enough. If you had these plastic partitions like the other tables in between that would be great. Eating took an hour, that could be done a little faster. But food was good. The selection of dishes is huge, but I am of the opinion that this is under control and the quality does not suffer.

Seldom experienced such a bad mix of confused service and underground food. We were strongly advised against ordering filled pizza rolls with cheese. Literally, these are way too dry and not recommended. You could just serve them as a whole roll ... for whatever reason. 4 of the 6 dishes came after the first of us had empty their plate. Since the 4 dishes were all pizzas, it is still incomprehensible to me. I've been coming here for a number of years and unfortunately I have to say that the quality of the food has deteriorated extremely. No matter whether casseroles, burgers or pizzas - everything is totally greasy and just disgusting. Three people were able to spend their evening on the toilet after yesterday's stay. Thanks, never again! The choice of menu is also incomprehensible - everything can be ordered ... why not concentrate on one thing and try to make it tasty and of high quality. So there are many dishes that are simply all .....

Sorry, but after the steak (through) I can't give a better rating. After I told the waitress that my meat is done and not medium, only the answer came, yes, that's quite right. A new one was not offered. The croquettes and the salad were ok.

We ordered four dishes to be picked up (travel time 5 minutes). The waiting time was 65 minutes. The food was completely cold, the fries were sticky and there were black hair in two dishes. Unfortunately not to be recommended.

Cool shop! You can play games while waiting for the fute meal. A cool mix of restaurant and pub. Had a nice evening there. Of course the beer was really tasty ...

More than good food! The bacon burger with the potato chips was terrific and I have never eaten better aioli, an absolute treat. The service was very friendly and always eager to take new orders when needed. The food and drinks came out pretty snappy too. All in all - an all-round successful and cozy evening. Gladly again!

Unfriendly greeting (was the boss, as it turned out later, who barks at you "reserved, not reserved"), the waitress couldn't answer a question, 2 of 3 meals were wrong - the third came 10 minutes later than the others. That was nothing !

We ate at the bakery exchange today (Sunday) and are really mega disappointed. To be honest, the visit was a disaster from start to finish. I love to give good ratings and am by no means a picky person, but what we have experienced today does not allow any other rating. Apparently the Bäcker Börse had the worst day of its life today, because the other reviews are largely positive. Maybe we are so disappointed because friends recommended the Bäcker Börse to us ... It started with the fact that it took a long time to be served, despite several ringing of the doorbell and the flag raised. Well, it's Sunday evening and the place is full. Nevertheless, the service was rather slow and at times we felt ignored. The drinks came quickly, but it took forever for the waitress to take the food. We didn't want to order via the app because we wanted to pay with an EC card. At least the waitress noticed that she had kept us waiting a long time. After ordering it took over an hour to get my starter. In between, the wrong food was brought to us, which was actually intended for another table. Only after a clear announcement was the food taken away again. Good can happen. I had a goulash soup for 5 €, which was nothing more than a canned soup that was refined to the maximum. I actually wanted to say something, but my better half stopped me. (We have little time as a family and just wanted to have a relaxing evening). Then came the food. Our three-year-old son had a pizza Magharita, which was completely carelessly arranged and strongly resembled a frozen pizza (this was denied by the service staff, the “suspicion of a can” of goulash soup was admitted). In addition, it was still burnt. Then we had a lasagna, which was also burnt, but at least tasted good. I had a "meat plate" which was fine, but which I wouldn't go out to eat for now. Now my better half got angry too, because again it took the staff a long time to get to our table. Then the table in front of us complained with the question "How long should the meal take?", At the table next to us a complete order was forgotten, which was "fixed" with a big apology and a free drink. I would like to emphasize here that the staff was always very friendly despite a single mistake. When we were then asked whether it was tasty, we answered truthfully. The waiters didn't seem very surprised and handled it very professionally. When paying, the boss came who wanted to know what was going on. He too openly accepted the criticism and also explained to us that they are understaffed due to Corona and that many things are not going according to plan. Understandable somewhere, but that shouldn't be the guest's problem, because other restaurants can do it too. However, the boss was very accommodating in terms of price. And that is also the reason why there is no complete 1-star rating, because the accommodating behavior at the end saved it a bit. We are disappointed and angry too ... we would have loved to have spent Sunday evening as a family differently. Oh yes ... there were also positive things: - great ambience with style -friendly staff -the payment and ordering system is innovative and made really cool -Faults were accepted and apologized for them (are mostly very young people, so here my respect) Dear team of the Bäcker Börse: Today is not every day, we still won't be back ..... a shame

Lots of space. Nice service. Mega delicious food huge selection and huge portions. It is your own fault if you stay hungry! I will now go there more often to eat. You can also order and pick it up yourself!

We waited ~ 2 hours for our food! The only excuse was that it was too full. Unfortunately the food didn't taste very good either. In addition, orders were then forgotten. If the meal hadn't been prepaid online we would have expected a price reduction.

Super delicious food, huge selection, fair prices, friendly staff. Reservation is highly recommended.

Actually I would give it 5 stars, but there is a waitress who likes to deal with private disputes with the guests during their shift and likes to make a scene. Therefore there is a star deduction. The food is great as always and at reasonable prices.

The food is great! However, I will no longer order or go out to eat because the man at the "reception" is just extremely unfriendly and it is easy to see that he is no longer interested in the job. That is not how it works

The food is very well

Two hours waiting for the food to be served. Really expensive for the quality: 10 euros for some fries from Lidl and a chicken burger with also Lidl bread is not exactly what I will expect. Place is nice though, good atmosphere and very clean, that's the two stars.

Ridiculously big menu makes choosing a bit of a chore - they could get rid of fifty items and it will still be a big menu. Food is okay though, and service is cheery. The restaurant is huge.
